What is SAT?

The SAT refers to “The Scholastic Aptitude Test” or “Scholastic Assessment Test” and is conducted by College Board for checking the prospective students ability to get admission in colleges in United States. It was started way back in 1901 and has undergone periodic changes. The style of paper and scoring pattern changes with changing times. The three main sections of SAT are:-

1) Critical Reading
2) Mathematics
3) Writing
