George J. Mitchell, an investigator, tabled a 409 pages report before the Commissioner of Baseball on his investigation into the illegal use of performance enhancing drugs by the Major League Baseball (MLB) players. This “Mitchell Report” was officially released on 13th December 2007 months after the conclusion of American League Championship Series.
